Moittry Trade provides product sourcing, quality inspection, sea/air freight logistics, trade finance (LC/TT handling), and door-to-door delivery services from China.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting sourcing requests or booking shipments. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you import comply with the laws and regulations of your destination country.

4. Fees and Payments

All service fees, freight charges, and customs duties will be clearly outlined in our official quotations. Payments must be made according to the agreed terms before the final release of cargo.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee the utmost care in handling your cargo, Moittry Trade shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure, extreme weather, or customs detentions beyond our control.
